CARACTERÍSTICAS DAS ANÁLISES DE DADOS

This literature review aims to address topics related to the characteristics of data analysis. The objective of this work is to demonstrate the importance of the data process in companies, detail the four types of data analysis, explore the methods that can be utilized, and highlight the challenges encountered during data collection. To conduct this research, a bibliographic review was carried out using academic articles, websites, and books. Through this study, it became evident how these tools are highly valuable for companies in an increasingly digitized world. It is understood that, despite the obstacles encountered during data collection, these tools remain a powerful resource.
