Back Track System Based on Quadratic Programming and Fuzzy Algorithm
Back Track system is an autonomous driving assistance system(ADAS) equipped with the EH7 of the FAW Group. The system can constantly memory the recent driving path information. Once the function is activated, the system can help users quickly return to the starting point of the memorized path, effectively reducing the risk of collision accidents when reversing on narrow roads. The memorized path plays an important role for the back track system performance. In order to achieve better tracking performance, the system needs to optimize the memorized path information to reduce unnecessary shaking of the steering wheel. In addition, the driver’s control of longitudinal vehicle speed also poses a challenge to the lateral tracking accuracy of the system. Based on this, this article proposes an original back track system based on quadratic programming and fuzzy algorithm. The system can optimize the memorized vehicle path information when the back track function is activated, smooth the memorized path information, and dynamically adjust the preview distance during the function activation period, more naturally and safely controlling the vehicle to return to the memory path starting point along the optimized path. The effectiveness of the algorithm has been tested and verified through real vehicle experiments. The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively solve the problem of avoiding unnecessary steering wheel operations, and can dynamically adjust the preview distance according to the tracking status, achieving more reasonable co-driving between people and vehicles and improving driving pleasure.
