Two-stage Stochastic Generalized Disjunctive Programming (GDP) Model for Proactive Planning and Reactive Operations of Resilient Power Systems under Disruptions
Power systems are vulnerable to extreme weatherPower systems should be resilient to prevent power outages caused by extreme weather. The frequency of extreme weather that have caused enormous economic damage has been increasing [1] . The number of large-scale power outages caused by extreme weather such as hurricanes, storms, and snows has increased by 78% during 2011-2021, compared to 2000-2010 [2] .
