Аnalysis of the impact of biological factors on the project team

In today's world, the effectiveness of project teams is becoming a key success factor in many industries, from high-tech to business. But it is impossible not to notice the important role self-organisation plays in this success system. The notion of self-organisation as part of many components of the development and formation of society raises the question of transferring the experience of self-management from the biological world to the world of human practice. Much attention has so far been paid to the psychological and organisational aspects of team management, but the understanding of the biological factors that influence team performance remains limited. Scientific research is increasingly indicating that biological aspects, such as genetic characteristics, physiological rhythms and biochemical processes in the body, can have a significant impact on team performance and synergy. This opens up new prospects for optimising project team management. However, there is still a great need for a deeper and more systematic study of how these biological factors interact with project team dynamics and what methods can be used to improve project management to take these influences into account. Drawing on analogies with synergies in nature, we aim to understand how biological factors can facilitate or hinder effective teamwork and how this knowledge can be applied to improve project management. This research is based on an in-depth literature review and empirical data obtained through a rigorous.
