UTILIZAÇÃO DAS TÉCNICAS MIOFASCIAIS NAS CERVICOBRAQUIALGIAS: UMA REVISÃO LITERÁRIA

Objective: Analysis of different articles in order to investigate the effectiveness of myofascial techniques as therapeutic methods for combating cervicobrachialgia in comparison to other techniques such as neural mobilization and craniosacral techniques. Methodology: A search was conducted on the Google Scholar, PEDro and Lilacs platforms using the following keywords: Myofascial techniques; cervicobrachialgia; physiotherapy. Results: Nine articles were found studying the effectiveness of different techniques, including myofascial techniques. Discussion: The articles were analyzed and demonstrated effectiveness in different aspects such as pain and range of motion. Conclusion: After analyzing the nine articles, the myofascial technique demonstrated satisfactory results, as did the other techniques demonstrated and analyzed, such as neural mobilization and craniosacral techniques, even in situations where the technique was used in conjunction with others.
