Digital Ecosystem of Fruit and Vegetable Production in The Republic of Kazakhstan

A new technological paradigm for the agro-industrial complex of the republic has been presented, aimed at increasing the efficiency of domestic agricultural production and providing the market with local products. A profound transformation of fruit and vegetable growing using computer vision and artificial olfaction is described. A system for monitoring and express detection of phytopathogenic diseases of domestic fruit crops based on these technologies is proposed. It is planned to develop a forecast model of production volumes and the necessary resources for growing and storing apples, as well as a technological map of agrotechnical measures. The concept of a digital product passport for fruit and vegetable crops based on blockchain has been introduced, including data on the variety, production methods, shelf life, as well as information on the nutritional and biological value of the product to provide consumers with complete and reliable information on its safety.
