Highly efficient separation of C 2 H 2 from CO 2 and C 2 H 4 enabled by an anion-pillared metalloporphyrin MOF with sandwich-like binding sites
A anion-pillared metalloporphyrin MOF was designed and synthesized for simultaneous separation of C 2 H 2 /C 2 H 4 and C 2 H 2 /CO 2 , using metalloporphyrin to create unique sandwich-like binding sites with dual open metal sites that enhance C 2 H 2 interactions.
