Research on Energy Storage and Carbon Trading Scheduling Optimization of Integrated Energy System Considering Wind and Solar Consumption

In response to the problem of low consumption rate caused by the volatility of renewable energy in the planning of electric gas thermal integrated energy systems, this article proposes an optimization method for energy storage carbon trading scheduling of integrated energy systems considering wind and solar consumption. Firstly, for the uncertainty of wind and solar power output fluctuations, a GAN network is used to generate a set of basic wind and solar scenes, and the scenes are compared and reduced to obtain typical wind and solar scenes; Secondly, a multi-objective optimization model is constructed with the lowest operating cost, optimal carbon emission reduction, and optimal wind and solar absorption rate; Finally, an optimization solution strategy for energy storage carbon trading scheduling is proposed, and a 14 node power grid, a 5-node gas grid, and a 3-node heating network are designed to plan and simulate the system. The simulation results show that the comprehensive energy system scheduling optimization model constructed in the article can ensure the wind and solar energy consumption rate while considering the system economy and meeting the low-carbon requirements of the comprehensive energy system.
