Credibility-Enhanced Blockchain for Distributed Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch
With the increasing penetration of distributed energy sources, it is highly important for power systems to reduce operation costs safely. Distributed security-constrained economic dispatch (SCED) methods are crucial to this end. Existing SCED methods cannot resist malicious attacks, and they have no warning or effective punishment for malicious parties. To bridge these gaps, this paper proposes a distributed SCED method based on blockchain with dual-factor punishment. The proposed method selects delegates from a coordination committee for information consensus to resist malicious attacks. The coordination committee members adjust their credibility scores at each iteration according to the behavior performance of the participants. The credibility score is employed to determine the punishment that the participant needs to be subjected to for SCED tasks. The numerical results verify the performance of the proposed method in terms of resisting malicious behaviors, warning and punishing malicious parties, and convergence.
