Reliability Assessment and Risk Analysis of Virtual Power Plant Scheduling with Diverse Load Aggregation
Receiving-end distribution networks are facing increasing scarcity of flexibility regulation resources, while virtual power plant (VPP) can effectively aggregate diverse loads such as central air-conditioning, electric vehicles and rooftop photovoltaic users to participate in the demand response, thus effectively improving the scheduling flexibility of the distribution network. Considering the uncertain response of the diverse load resources, the VPP scheduling decision model is established by using fuzzy chance constraint planning, and the response reliable capacity and response capacity reliability are defined to measure the VPP scheduling reliability. On this basis, the VPP scheduling risk assessment method is proposed based on fuzzy simulation technology, and then the scheduling risk is analyzed under different confidence levels and different penalty coefficients. The results validate the effectiveness of the proposed model and method.
