Effect of High-intensity Exercise Using Da vinci Bodyboard on Triglyceride and A-amylase in Middle-aged Women
The purpose of this study was to determine how triglyceride and α-amylase affect middle-aged women by conducting high-intensity exercise using the Da vinci Bodyboard. The subjects of the study were a total of 10 middle-aged women. The subjects exercised for 40 minutes, 3 times a week, for a total of 12 weeks, and the following conclusions were obtained. Triglyceride and α-amylase decreased after the test compared to before, showing a statistically significant difference.<br/>In conclusion, high-intensity exercise using the Da vinci Bodyboard showed a very positive effect on triglyceride and α-amylase. High-intensity exercise using the Da Vinci Bodyboard is expected to be effective not only in middle-aged women but also in various age groups. It will reduce triglyceride and α-amylase as well as other factors, and is thought to be very effective in preventing chronic diseases and stress.
