Effects of Aerobic Circuit Training on APG and A-amylase to Improve Vascular Health and Stress in Overweight Men

The purpose of this study is to provide effective exercise guidelines by identifying the effects of aerobic circuit training on improving vascular health and stress through reducing body fat in overweight men. Men aged 20 to 39 with a body fat percentage of 20.1 to 24.9% were subjected to 12 weeks of aerobic circuit training at an intensity of 60 to 75% HRmax, 3 times a week, for 45 minutes each.
[Results]
1. 12 weeks of aerobic circuit training significantly reduces APG in overweight men.
2. 12 weeks of aerobic circuit training significantly reduces ɑ-amylase in overweight men.
3. Aerobic circuit training is an effective exercise for improving vascular health in overweight men.
4. Aerobic circuit training is an effective exercise for reducing stress in overweight men.
Therefore, this study revealed that aerobic circuit training can be presented as a very effective exercise guide to improve vascular health and stress in overweight men.
