Effects of taking milk thistle and aerobic exercise to improve fatty liver in adult men on liver function enzymes

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of milk thistle supplementation as a nutritional intervention during aerobic exercise on liver function enzymes in adult men with impaired liver function due to fatty liver disease.
