LICITAÇÃO NA MODALIDADE PREGÃO ELETRÔNICO E OS BENEFICIOS PARA A ADMINISTRAÇÃO PÚBLICA NO ESTADO DO CEARÁ

Bidding are the ways found by the Government to choose, in an equal manner, the most granted and advantageous proposal for the public administration, whether due to the price or the quality and scope of the services provided. Based on this, we seek to analyze an introduction of electronic bidding in Ceará, highlighting the benefits brought by this adhesion. It will also discuss the evolution of bidding processes in Brazil, as well as in the state of Ceará and the principles and modalities that govern public bidding. For this research, bibliographical sources taken from articles, books and current jurisprudence were used. Regarding the approach, it is classified as qualitative, explanatory and exploratory. Therefore, it is clear that the benefits brought by the choice of the Electronic Auction modality for the bidding process bring numerous benefits, not only for the Public Administration, but also for all certificate participants, as well as for a society, since everything happens with greater speed, efficiency and agility.
