Dinamika Gerakan Sosial Wanita Iran Pasca Kematian Mahsa Amini

This article discusses the dynamics of women's social movements in Iran after the death of Mahsa Amini. This article seeks to show that the Islamic Revolution in Iran led to the enactment of regulations that are considered to restrict women's movement and rights. The existence of these regulations is considered to be the main cause of the arrest that led to the death of Mahsa Amini, so that the wave of protests from Iranian women's social movements increased after the incident. This research uses the feminism theory approach as the basis of its analysis, where feminism is considered very relevant to the problem. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study, where researchers collect sources of information from books, scientific articles, and news from the mainstream media. The results show that the hijab policy and surveillance by the moral police imposed in Iran have not been well-received by Iranian women over the years. Many social movement actions as a form of disappointment of Iranian women against their country that does not provide freedom and welfare, while also demanding reform with the fulfillment of women's rights there. Artikel ini membahas mengenai dinamika gerakan sosial perempuan di Iran pasca meninggalnya Mahsa Amini. Artikel ini berupaya untuk menunjukkan bahwa Revolusi Islam di Iran berujung pada diberlakukannya peraturan yang dianggap membatasi pergerakan dan hak-hak perempuan. Adanya peraturan tersebut dianggap menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya penangkapan yang berujung pada meninggalnya Mahsa Amini, sehingga gelombang protes dari gerakan sosial perempuan Iran meningkat pasca kejadian tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan teori feminisme sebagai landasan analisisnya, dimana feminisme dinilai sangat relevan dengan permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan, yang mana peneliti mengumpulkan sumber informasi dari buku, artikel ilmiah, dan berita dari media arus utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan hijab dan pengawasan oleh polisi moral yang diberlakukan di Iran tidak respon baik oleh para perempuan-perempuan Iran selama bertahun-tahun. Banyak aksi gerakan sosial sebagai bentuk kekecewaan para perempuan Iran terhadap negaranya yang tidak memberikan kebebasan dan kesejahteraan, sekaligus juga menuntut adanya reformasi dengan pemenuhan hak-hak perempuan disana.
