Evaluasi Penerimaan dan Penggunaan Aplikasi Enterprise Resource Planning System SAP-Fiori pada Karyawan PT XYZ Kalimantan Timur dengan Pendekatan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of the Technology (UTAUT)
The acceptance and use of new technology are influenced by various factors, including user expectations, efforts given to the technology, social factors, habit factors, and innovative factors by the users. This research, which focuses on accepting and using the SAP FIORI type Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System application on PT XYZ East Kalimantan employees, employs a robust quantitative research method and a questionnaire in data collection. A significant transition necessitated the study- the company's decision to shift from SAP Desktop (GUI) to SAP Fiori. This change prompted the need for the research. A total of 123 employees were sampled for the study. The research model, the Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of The Technology (UTAUT) framework, plays a pivotal role in this study. It tests the constructs of effort expectancy, social influence, performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, Habits, and personal innovativeness in IT in terms of behavioral intention and use behavior. The model also examines the moderating impact of work experience on the Facilitating condition factor, Habit, and between Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior. The study results showed that Habit significantly affected the Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior constructs, and Personal innovativeness in the IT construct significantly affected Use Behavior. The Behavioral Intention construct significantly affected Use Behavior, and work experience moderated Behavioral Intention to UB.
