Peran Pendampingan dalam Pengembangan Usaha (Studi Kasus pada Pendampingan Wirausaha Perempuan)
The purpose of this study is to describe the mentoring process for business development of selected female entrepreneurs carried out by the Central Leadership of 'Aisyiyah (PPA) through the Economic and Manpower Council (MEK) together with Kopernik. The research method used is a case study method, with the primary sources being 3 women selected for the mentoring program for business development. Supporting sources are 2 mentors who are appointed organizationally. The data collection method is by interviewing the mentors and program participants using voice recordings and writing on WhatsApp, as well as interviews with Zoom, namely selected female business owners who are mentored. Data analysis is done by reducing, displaying, and then making conclusions. Validity test with transferability test. The results of the study show that: 1) business actors feel that there is real mentoring from MEK PPA and Kopernik mentors to strengthen motivation, develop business/enterprise, and dare to innovate products; 2) the method of intensive, structured mentoring for one year with a hybrid model (offline and online) provides clarity on the running and development of women entrepreneurs' businesses, even from across religions. It is recommended that the Aisyiyah Economic Council Leadership have a structured Mentoring Guide (Pattern) to support the SWA (Aisyiyah Entrepreneurship School) movement, which has been running for four years (since the Covid-19 pandemic).
