Pengembangan Mutu Sumber Daya Manusia di Sekolah Dasar

The government continues to work to improve human resources. National commitment or awareness of the entire nation to improve quality must comply with the applicable regulations, ensuring a secure and regulated process. The purpose of this study is to gain a basic understanding of the development of human resource quality in elementary schools, performance and productivity of human resources in elementary schools; steps and efforts to develop human resources below national education standards; and the role, function, and responsibility of the principal in improving the productivity of human resources in elementary schools. This study shows that human resource development actually starts from the same problem: how to improve human resources to meet the challenges of the times and how our human resources can compete with foreign human resources. Thus, human resources can contribute maximally to improving the quality of education in Indonesia in terms of performance and productivity. As leaders of educational institutions, principals must participate in achieving this. With the roles, functions, and efforts they make, they are expected to work together to improve the human resources of educators and education personnel for effective and efficient performance and productivity.
