Evaluation of the use of SIMRAL on ASN Performance at the Bogor City Public Works and Spatial Planning Service

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation of SIMRAL policies/programs contained in the E-Planning Module of the Bogor City PUPR Office. The research method used is a mixed-method approach with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product/Outcome) program/policy evaluation model. Data is collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, document research, and literature studies. The object of this study is the Bogor City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, which uses SIMRAL with a purposive sampling technique. This study focuses on the evaluation of SIMRAL on the performance of ASN of the Bogor City PUPR Office to achieve performance at the individual, unit, and organizational levels. The results of evaluating the use of the SIMRAL application are significant because, in every decision-making activity, program, or policy, SIMRAL becomes the basis and benchmark for success for subsequent activities, programs, and policies to be implemented.
