APLICAÇÃO DA METODOLOGIA LEAN CONSTRUCTION NO PROCESSO EXECUTIVO DOS KITS ELÉTRICOS DE UMA EDIFICAÇÃO RESIDENCIAL DE ESTRUTURA MONOLÍTICA MOLDADA IN-LOCO LOCALIZADA NA CIDADE DE MANAUS ESTADO DO AMAZONAS
Lean Construction, a methodology that has gained prominence in civil construction for its potential to optimize processes and increase productivity. By focusing on reducing waste and maximizing efficiency, Lean seeks to improve the workflow in construction activities, avoiding interruptions and unnecessary rework. This approach has been continuously studied, as its adaptation to the construction context is relatively recent, requiring analyzes on how its techniques can be implemented effectively at each stage of the construction process. This work aims to show the executive process of installing electrical kits through the applicability of the Lean tool. The analysis will be applied to a five-story residential building, with a self-supporting structure and cast in situ. The focus will be on the installation of electrical kits, examining each phase of the executive process and highlighting how Lean better structures the steps and workflows, speeds up execution and makes the work more productive. The analysis will demonstrate that, with the Lean methodology, it is possible to significantly increase the pace of activities, providing a more fluid and organized execution, reinforcing the importance of this method as a valuable tool for advancing productivity in construction.
