Financial Inclusion among the people of below Poverty Line: An Empirical Study
Financial inclusion is considered a critical factor contributing to a new pattern of economic growth that enhances people's access to financial services. It plays a vital role in alleviating unemployment and poverty within the economy. The analysis is based on a review of several studies on financial inclusion conducted over the years. It synthesizes the emergence of financial inclusion in India, highlighting various factors that continuously impact people's standards of living and, ultimately, the country's economic growth. Examining the aspects of financial inclusion among those living below the poverty line (BPL) is the goal of this study. Despite the fact that universal financial inclusion is still a way off, financial institutions are currently the main drivers of economic growth and development in India.
