This research study aims to analyze the impact of ultra-micro on entrepreneur and business innovation through tourism start-ups such as the green and blue economies with ultra-micro. This qualitative research uses data from local people as participants (respondents). This research absolutely uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. In contrast, an advantage of business with innovation is relatively straightforward with a new technology strategy in tourist and economic empowerment at District Areas, Manado. To sum up, this research involves sandwich generation as employees, customers, and communities where organizations operate should not only expect but demand ethical corporate behavior. A CEMS is an answer for strategies such as demands climate for the circular economy. Ultimately, some business and innovation strategies, like coastal areas, need more implementation to catch up with some access offline and online with collaboration between government, investors, and organizations such as encouraging sustainable economic growth.
