Pengaruh Supervisi Pendidikan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru pada SMK Negeri 4 Soppeng

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether educational supervision and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMKN 4 Soppeng. This study aimed to determine the impact of academic supervision and work motivation on teacher performance at SMKN 4 Soppeng. This research was conducted at SMKN 4 Soppeng, at Jalan Kayangan Lr. Teratai No. 121 Watansoppeng. Teratai No. 121 Watansoppeng. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative method that aims to explain the cause-and-effect relationship between variables. The population in this study were teachers who teach at SMKN 4, namely 64 teachers. The population in this study is determined by the fact that if the research population is less than 100, then the number of samples is taken as a whole. Multiple regression analysis was used to determine whether educational supervision and work motivation affect teacher performance at SMKN 4 Soppeng. From the simple regression analysis results, it can be concluded that educational supervision and work motivation affect teacher performance at SMKN 4 Soppeng. Based on the conclusion of this study, the variables of educational supervision and work motivation have an effect on teacher performance so that practical suggestions can be given. For teachers at SMKN 4 Soppeng, this study provides valuable insights that can be used as evaluation material and input for management to maintain or improve teacher performance.
