Research on Efficient Load Control Authentication Technology for New Power System Based on ECC Fusion Quantum Key

With the rapid development of smart grid technology, load control techniques have also advanced swiftly. However, ensuring the security and confidentiality of load control systems, particularly achieving secure communication between the Power Load Management System (PLS) and the Load Control Terminal (LCT), poses a highly challenging issue. To address this, this paper proposes an anonymous identity authentication and re-authentication scheme based on quantum random numbers. This scheme ensures the security and privacy of identity authentication between PLS and LCT in various scenarios, significantly reducing the computational and communication overheads required for authentication by 66% compared to existing solutions. Finally, we employ BAN logic to formally verify the security of this scheme.
