Active Distribution Network Reactive and Active Synergistic Optimization Scheduling Strategy
In order to solve the problems of network overvoltage, exacerbated voltage fluctuations, frequent tap changer operations of the step voltage regulator, and wrong operation of distribution network protection caused by distributed photovoltaic access to the distribution network, considering the active and reactive power coupling characteristics in the actual active distribution network, an active and reactive power coordinated dispatch system for the distribution network is established. The inverter is responsible only for mitigating the voltage fluctuations caused by the sharp changes in output, significantly reducing the reactive compensation burden and capacity of the photovoltaic inverter. This can extend the equipment lifespan of the inverter and reduce investment costs, while ensuring the safe operation of the distribution network and further maximizing operational benefits. The effectiveness of the model is verified through practical cases. The results show that the local voltage control method based on real-time reactive compensation can save line losses to a certain extent compared to the traditional reactive power - active power droop curve method.
