Electrochemical Characteristics of Electrodes Based on Nanocarbon
Electrochemical sensors are widely used to detect small amounts of electrolyte associated with bio-chemical markers. The optimization of the architecture of the interfaces at the microelectrode level is carried out based on the correlation between the conditions for performing the electrochemical deposition (chemical environment, deposition speed, type of electrodes), respectively the obtained electrochemical parameters. For the manufacture of the experimental models of carbon-polymer hybrid microelectrodes, an electrode configuration with 3 premetallized connections on a ceramic support was made, with manual screen printing, with a controllable deposition thickness of approx. $0.15-0.2 \mathrm{~mm}$. For each $50 \boldsymbol{\mu L}$ of ascorbic acid solution, the cyclic voltammogram is recorded with Potentiostat Parstat 4000/ $\boldsymbol{\mu}$ TAT 8400 (initial potential: $+\mathbf{0. 1 0}$ V, final potential: $+\mathbf{0. 7 5} \mathrm{V}$, scanning speed: $100 \mathrm{mV} / \mathrm{s})$. using one type of electrode for each measurement. The cyclic voltammograms recorded, in Britton-Robinson solutions, show variable oxidation voltage values, at different $\mathbf{p H}$ values, for each type of electrode, demonstrating the versatility in applications of the applied technology.
