Carbon Trading-oriented Multi-regional Cooperation for Distributed Smart Microgrids

The current participation of the power grid in the carbon electricity joint market can simultaneously achieve the goal of obtaining high profits and low-carbon operation. When considering inter-regional carbon trading, it is also necessary to analyze inter-regional cooperation games and make the refined allocation of regional total profits as reasonable as possible. This paper proposes a distributed smart microgrid multi-regional cooperation analysis method that considers carbon trading. Firstly, the proposed carbon trading framework based on aggregators was introduced. Then, a multi-regional carbon trading model was established and the basic scheduling model was improved. At the same time, the optimized total net income was allocated within and between regions. Finally, the framework was validated in an aggregation model composed of four IEEE33 node models.
