Smart Building Software Simulator
Climate change poses a challenging and hazardous threat to the global population. Fossil fuels account for nearly 80% of the world’s energy production. On top of searching for green energy sources, it’s crucial to lower the overall energy consumption rate. Structures are accountable for over 40% of worldwide energy consumption. An effective method is to automatically control a building’s energy consumption in varying environmental and operational situations. Therefore, modern smart buildings are now incorporating the Internet of Things (IoT) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to link different systems and devices to a central system. Smart buildings use building energy management systems (BEMS) to incorporate data and real-time performance analysis, allowing facility managers to detect issues before they arise and improve efficiency.
