Experimental Equipment for Anisotropic Nanoconductive Films Manufacturing

The developed and studied system presented contains three electronic control circuits, individually operated by means of buttons. Information gathered from the electronic circuits mounted on the test board is transmitted via the data acquisition board to a portable computer. The system, as presented, is made up of a voltage source with variable amplitude and frequency, a line for drawing anisotropic films with variable speed and an electromagnetic field exposure system for anisotropic films. The electromagnetic field exposure system of anisotropic films is made up of a system for uniformizing the susceptors on the anisotropic film with vertical electrodes, a temperature control system with a power of 3000 W and an air extraction hood.
