Aggregation Quantitative Model of County Characteristic Load Based on Adjustable Potential Assessment
When compared to urban industrial and commercial loads, county-level characteristic loads exhibit a wide variety and are dispersed across both time and space. This dispersion makes it challenging to establish a natural matching relationship between the power consumption characteristics of county-level loads and the output characteristics of distributed photovoltaic power generation. Existing methods have struggled to address the quantification of flexibility aggregation within county characteristic loads. In this paper, we achieve electricity pattern recognition and adjustable potential evaluation of county loads through the use of an adjustable potential model. Furthermore, we establish a quantitative model for county load aggregation based on sequence operation theory, which effectively extracts adjustable potential indices for load aggregation, such as those for individual users, low-voltage feeders, and distribution station areas. Verification of the proposed model's efficacy is demonstrated by the example analysis results.
