Comprehensive Review of Indoor Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Inspection Technology and Applications in the Power Industry
With the rapid development of the power industry and the widespread application of UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles), indoor inspection is facing new opportunities and challenge. Ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient UAV inspection in indoor environments such as substations and distribution rooms is crucial. This study, based on the indoor inspection needs of the power industry, provides an overview of indoor inspection UAV types and insulation protection features, reviews four key technical issues (endurance, control, sensing, navigation) of indoor UAV inspection, and explores future development prospects. The aim is to provide useful references for indoor UA V inspection in the power industry and promote the development of smart grids.
