Optimized Operation Method of Virtual Power Plant Considering Energy Storage Capacity Configuration
With the integration of distributed energy sources such as wind energy and photovoltaic into the power grid, the intermittency and uncertainty have a certain impact on the stability of the power system. In order to improve the consumption and absorption capacity of distributed energy, a two-layer planning model based on energy storage capacity configuration is proposed in the context of virtual power plants. The upper model establishes a model with the goal of the lowest total cost of the energy storage power plant, and the lower model establishes a model with the goal of the lowest total operating cost of the virtual power plant and the smallest waste of scenery. Then the improved particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the capacity configuration, charge and discharge of the energy storage power plant, and the operating state of the virtual power plant. Finally, the proposed model is verified by combining different scenarios. The results show that the proposed method can optimize the optimal configuration and charge and discharge strategy of energy storage power plants, improve the consumption capacity of renewable energy and the operating efficiency of virtual power plants.
