Analysis of the Permanent Magnets Influence on the Operation of a BLDC Motor
This analysis was made on the structure of the permanent magnets located on the rotor exterior of the BLDC electric scooter motor, three different case studies were carried out to allow us a view of the change in the polar coverage factor. After the analysis of the three cases, we realized that the structure of the permanent magnets was modified in the case of the studied BLDC-type motor, which led to a decrease in its performance, which confirms the fact that the analysis done in the research paper remains the most reliable and cheapest for this type of BLDC motor for the electric scooter.
