Combined-Loop Operation Control Strategy for Medium-Voltage Distribution Networks Based on Phase Shifter Interconnection

The traditional structure of “closed-loop design and open-loop operation” of the traditional medium-voltage distribution network can no longer meet the development needs of “active generation”, “local consumption of distributed generation” and “flexible regulation” of the distribution network. At this stage, compared with the expensive power electronic converter device, the phase shifter transformer (referred to as the flexible interconnection phase shifter) has the characteristics of continuous adjustable phase shift angle, high cost performance, high energy density and easy maintenance, relying on the controllable flexible interconnection phase shifter interconnection to form a closed-loop operation network of medium voltage distribution network, and realize the common consumption of multiple feeders distributed power generation has become one of the cost-effective and feasible technical solutions. However, for the parameter control of the flexible interconnected phase shifter, the existing methods cannot take into account the power balance of the feeder side and the operation loss of the network of the closed loop operation on the basis of realizing the power consumption of distributed generator power generation in the network in the closed loop operation. In this paper, a closed-loop operation network system for medium-voltage distribution network based on phase shifter interconnection is provided, which can realize the closed-loop operation of 10kV network, and the power is flexible and controllable, so as to ensure that the access and consumption needs of distributed power generation and diversified loads can be met in a larger range.
