Load Deviation Control Technology for Public Buildings Considering Uncertainty Factors
This study proposes a new building load control technology to solve the problem that the building load power is easily affected by uncertain factors, aiming at controlling the central air conditioning load to control the building power deviation within an acceptable range. Firstly, this study establishes the heat exchange model of public buildings and the energy consumption model of central air conditioning system. Then this study establishes the total cost function of public buildings by defining the cost optimization objective function, including the energy consumption cost of central air conditioning system and the penalty cost of not meeting the user's thermal comfort. Using the virtual queue and drift-plus penalty function established in Lyapunov optimization theory, the proposed control strategy is able to minimize the total building cost while controlling the power deviation.
