Series-Connected Low Power Wind Turbines for Small-Scale Wind Farms
The integration of small-scale wind turbines into the power grid presents an opportunity to harness renewable energy in a distributed and scalable manner. This paper focuses on the modelling and simulation of series-connected Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generators (PMSG) for small-scale wind farms. The key objectives are to analyse the dynamics of series-connected PMSGs, evaluate their performance, and assess their feasibility for small-scale wind energy applications.
