Dual Layer Economic Dispatch Strategy for Transmission and Distribution Coordination Based on Analytical Target Cascade Method
High penetration photovoltaics may cause problems such as voltage exceeding the limit of the distribution network, while the transmission network can provide a certain amount of power to the distribution network. Therefore, this article proposes a dual layer economic dispatch model for transmission and distribution coordination based on the objective cascade method. Firstly, we analyzed the mechanism of coordinated operation of transmission and distribution power grids. And we proposed a hierarchical model for transmission and distribution coordination based on this. Then considering the constraints of power flow and voltage in the transmission and distribution grid, the objective function and constraints of the dual layer economic dispatch model for transmission and distribution coordination were constructed using the objective cascade method and solved using the second-order cone relaxation algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method were verified using the T6D1 node system while the power transmission characteristics of the transmission and distribution network and the output characteristics of the photovoltaic storage load under the coordination of transmission and distribution were analyzed.
