A Method for Evaluating the Timing Response Potential of Load-Side Resource Clusters Considering Uncertain Influencing Factors and Response Dynamic Processes
With the increase in the proportion of renewable energy, the role of load-side resources in power grid dispatching and operation has become crucial. This paper proposes a method for evaluating the time series response potential of load-side resource clusters, which takes into account uncertain influencing factors and response dynamic processes. First, the technology of combining integrated empirical mode decomposition with stacked denoising autoencoders is used to extract electricity consumption characteristics; then, based on these characteristics, the key response parameters are calculated using the consumer psychology model to form a potential characterization model with a probability distribution of response potential. Data tests on a provincial power grid show that this method can effectively capture the response potential of load-side resource groups and provide a practical decision support tool for power grid operators and resource managers.
