UMA ANÁLISE DAS IMPLICAÇÕES JURÍDICAS DA ALIENAÇÃO PARENTAL NO BRASIL

This article analyzes the legal implications of parental alienation in Brazil, highlighting its causes, consequences, and the legal measures adopted for its prevention and mitigation. Starting with a legislative overview, with an emphasis on Law No. 12.318/2010, the study examines the understanding of courts and legal doctrine regarding the effects of parental alienation on family relationships and the psychological development of the minors involved. The paper also explores the challenges and perspectives in the effective implementation of current regulations.
