Structure and content of special physical training for lower acrobats taking into account the requirements of the chosen role at the stage of preliminary basic training

Introduction: The method of using means and methods of special physical training of acrobats, taking into account the requirements of narrow specializations, increases the level of motor readiness, ensures effective mastering of basic motor actions at the stage of initial sports specialization, contributes to the improvement of sports results. However, the analysis of scientific and methodical literature and practical experience show that issues related to the rational use of means and methods of special physical training of young acrobats at the stage of basic training are not sufficiently developed. The problem is complicated by a large number of narrow specializations in this sport. The purpose of the research is to identify and analyze the structure and content of the special physical training of acrobats. Methods: analysis of the curriculum for children's and youth sports schools on sports acrobatics, pedagogical observation, questionnaires. Results: The analysis of the sports training program revealed that the content of the special physical training section does not fully meet the requirements of the narrow specialization chosen by the young athlete. As a result of pedagogical observation, it was found that, depending on the experience of coaching, the structure and content of training sessions differ. As a result of the survey, it was found that 100% of trainers believe that all types of training should be carried out taking into account narrow specializations in sports acrobatics; experienced trainers have their own methodological developments regarding the means of special physical training, taking into account the requirements of the chosen role, and despite this, most of them need additional methodical information about these means. Conclusions: Taking into account the requirements for sports acrobatics at the current stage, the results of pedagogical observation and analysis of the content and structure of the curriculum for sports acrobatics, the author developed a structure of types of training taking into account the requirements of the chosen role of acrobats.
