Use of information and communication technologies in the study of physical and functional fitness of young football players

Control serves as a basis for determining physical activity, intensity of training and competitive processes. It allows managing physical education and sports activities so that they do not harm health, but contribute to its strengthening, help to reasonably build the training process and determine the need for physical and mental rest of the young athlete. At present, the development and application of information "data banks" of physical capabilities of young athletes, which systematize information about the level of their physical potential, provide modernization and intensification of test control, is relevant. The purpose of the work is to reveal the possibilities of using information and communication technologies in managing the training process of young football players aged 13-14 years. Research objectives: 1. To characterize the application software designed to process data presented in tabular form. 2. Describe the structure of electronic tables of the functional state and physical fitness of football players. 3. Provide recommendations to the user of electronic tables. Material and methods: The study involved 32 pupils of the football section of the Youth Sports School "Veres" born in 2010-2011. The following methods of scientific research were used to solve the tasks: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature; pedagogical observation; medical and biological methods; testing of general physical fitness; mathematical and statistical analysis of the results. Conclusions. The paper describes the application software designed to process data presented in tabular form. The structure of electronic tables of the functional state and physical fitness of football players is described. It is shown that information and communication technologies allow for the differentiation and individualization of personality-oriented training based on the design features of the innovative implementation of physical training tools and methods, and for monitoring, accounting, and controlling the dynamics of their functional state and level of physical fitness. The article provides practical recommendations to the user of electronic tables.

Abstract

Conclusions. The paper describes the application software designed to process data presented in tabular form. The structure of electronic tables of the functional state and physical fitness of football players is described.
