The influence of physical activity on the level of adaptive stress of the body of female soccer players who are in the V critical period of the formation of the immune system
The article is devoted to the study of the influence of physical activity on the level of adaptive stress of the body of female indoor sportsmen at the age from 13 to 14 years, who are in the V critical period of the formation of the immune system, and peers who do not play futsal. Research methods: research was conducted on the level of adaptive stress in young futsal players and peers who do not play futsal. From the obtained results of the study of the relative number of lymphocytes and segmented nuclear neutrophil granulocytes, the level of adaptation stress (adaptation index) was established. Research results. It was established that the normalization of the absolute and relative number of the main populations of immunocompetent cells in the peripheral blood is formed in girls who play indoors, the exception to the basic rule being rod-nucleated neutrophilic and eosinophilic granulocytes. In conclusion, the article highlights the key aspects of physical exertion in the game sport (futsal), which improves individual indicators of adaptation processes in comparison with the indicators of non-futsal players.
