Using Generative AI to Predict DC Electrical Performance

This paper explores the application of deep learning models to the DC power distribution problem in electronic packaging. A generative model based on an implicit neural representation (INR) is trained with meshed geometry and electromagnetic field data computed by traditional numerical methods. The model is constructed in a way that allows it to make predictions for previously unseen problem geometries.
