Pointwise sequential warped products in locally product Riemannian manifolds

In this paper, we study sequential warped product submanifolds of locally product Riemannian manifolds when one of the fiber is a pointwise slant submanifold. We derive a basic inequality known as Chen’s first inequality for the second fundamental form. The equality case of the derived inequality is discussed and some special cases of Chen’s inequality are given. Furthermore, two nontrivial examples are given, one of them satisfies Chen’s inequality.
