Analysis Of Feet Plantar Pressure Distribution On Padahastasana

The purpose of the study was to analyze foot plantar pressure distribution in Padahasthasana. Seven male students from L.N.I.P.E, Gwalior aged 18 to 22 years were selected as subjects for the present study. All the subjects were free from any injury related to limbs. Each subject was instructed to stand in their stance position on the baropodomertic pressure platform with bare foot focus on the target and perform Padahastasana for 15 seconds. To find out the analysis of feet plantar pressure distribution on Padahasthasana the mean, standard deviation, and t-test were used at the significant level of 0.05. The findings indicated that no significant difference was found between the left foot and right foot in most of the factors of plantar pressure distribution like Arch Index, Maximum pressure, and surface area coverage but in the case of Average pressure significant difference was found
