KUALITAS INFORMASI PADA PENGGUNAAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENDAFTARAN MAHASISWA BARU AMIK IBNU KHALDUN PALOPO

SIPMB AMIK Ibnu Khaldun Palopo is an information technology system that processes and integrates the entire flow of registration service processes and administrative procedures to obtain information accurately and precisely. In AMIK Ibnu Khaldun Palopo, there are still users who give dissatisfied assessments of SIPMB. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of information on the use of the AMIK Ibnu Khaldun Palopo new student registration information system. The type of research design is observational analytic with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was 140 prospective new students who used SIPMB. The sample used was 70 SIPMB User Officers. The data collection technique was carried out by managers and staff simple random sampling. The instrument used a questionnaire from previous research on a Likert scale. The processing technique used a series of editing, coding, entering, processing, cleaning and data presentation processes. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis using the Pearson Product Moment test with a data normalization value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05) with the results of residual values ??not normally distributed. The results of the study showed a p value of 0.000 (p <0.05) so that H0 was rejected, which means there is a relationship between the variable of technology quality and SIPMB user satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the variable of technology quality and SIPMB user satisfaction. ABSTRAKSIPMB AMIK Ibnu Khaldun Palopo adalah suatu sistem teknologi informasi yang memproses dan mengintegrasikan seluruh alur proses pelayanan pendaftaran dan prosedur administrasi untuk memperoleh informasi secara tepat dan akurat. Di AMIK Ibnu Khaldun Palopo masih terdapat pengguna yang memberikan penilaian tidak puas terhadap SIPMB. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas informasi pada penggunaan sistem informasi pendaftaran mahasiswa baru AMIK Ibnu Khaldun Palopo. Jenis rancangan penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 140 calon mahasiswa baru Pengguna SIPMB. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 70 Pengguna SIPMB. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan pengelola dan staf cara simple random sampling. Instrument menggunakan Kuesioner penelitian terdahulu skala likert. Teknik pengolahan menggunakan serangkaian proses editing, coding, entring, processing, cleaning dan penyajian data. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Pearson Product Moment dengan nilai normalisasi data p = 0.000 (p <0,05) dengan hasil nilai residual tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05) sehingga H0 ditolak yang berarti ada hubungan antara variabel kualitas teknologi dengan kepuasan pengguna SIPMB. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara variabel kualitas teknologi dengan kepuasan pengguna SIPMB.
