As a traditional advantageous characteristic industry in Zhang-ye City, Gansu Province, "Jinhuazhai" millet plays an important role in improving land utilization, alleviating rural poverty, and increasing people's income. This paper takes "Jinhuazhai" millet as the research object, and through literature research, empirical research, questionnaire survey and other research methods, obtains relevant data on the impact of the development of the miscellaneous grain industry on livelihood capital.
