Sexual violence is a relevant social problem that has serious consequences for the full biopsychosocial development of children and adolescents affected. Integrality is a principle of continuous organization of the work process in health services. It constitutes an articulated and continuous actions and services at different levels of complexity of the system. The aim of this study was to analyze, from the perspective of integrality, the care provided to children and adolescents in situations of sexual violence in a specialized service in the capital of Pará. It is a case study, holistic, descriptive and with a qualitative approach. The case of Parápaz Integrado – Núcleo Renato Chaves. The data came from documentary research; an online questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale answered by 12 professionals and an open interview with the service manager. The results were analyzed from the emerged themes. The study showed that to offer integral care, the service performs reception and active listening; articulates through intrasectoral and intersectoral services; seeks to engage its users (children, adolescents and family) in sports and leisure activities. On the other hand, the service has the challenge of overcoming difficulties, such as moving the specialized police station (previously combined with the service) to another location and the lack of personnel to meet the demand coming from the capital and the countryside. In addition to the need to incorporate therapeutic practices that bring together the multidisciplinary team to study and reflect on cases together.
