Pengaruh Persepsi Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Work-Life Balance terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas DIKPORA DIY

This study aims to examine the influence of path-goal leadership style, work environment, and work-life balance on the performance of employees at the DIKPORA DIY office. The path-goal leadership style, a good work environment, and a healthy balance between work and personal life (work-life balance) have been identified as important factors affecting employee performance. The data collection process was carried out by distributing hardcopy questionnaires to respondents to provide their feedback regarding the statements presented. The population in this study is 90 respondents. The sampling was chosen using census sampling, where the entire population in this study was made the sample. From the distribution of the questionnaire that has been conducted, the number of questionnaires returned for analysis is 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and t-test with the help of IBM SPSS 25 software. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicate that path-goal leadership style and work-life balance have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment does not have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the DIKPORA DIY office.
