Improving patient-centred indications for endovascular arteriovenous fistula: results of a multidisciplinary panel discussion
An international multidisciplinary panel held a roundtable discussion on endovascular arteriovenous fistula (endoAVF) for vascular access (VA) for dialysis. The panel made literature- and experiencebased recommendations on best practice and opportunities for targeted use, covering the benefits of endoAVF; patient selection; institutional and pathway issues; patient education; and peer support.
